Roxie from San Diego dazzles her pawparazzi while sporting a bold colored necklace! She is so cute waving to the crowd!

These ribbons are sheer with satin edging with a thin strip of gold. They are a bit heavier than the usual ribbons we use, but we wanted to try these out, especially since Roxie's mom wanted burgundy, dark green, and white.
