1. Red, green, and white ribbons. You can of course choose just red and green, without the white.

2. Blue and purple.

The blues are Left to right, top to bottom:

Bold blue, navy blue, thin medium blue, Bernard blue.

I like this bold blue, bernard blue, with purple:

And this is the "Ice Special" which has the same purple, then bold blue, thin medium blue, and light blue:
